I help couples, families, friends, and colleagues communicate to resolve conflict quickly, even if they have multiple issues that have been unresolvable for years.
Most clients see a dramatic change within one to three sessions and work through most of their issues within 25 hours spread out over 10 sessions or so.
I will guide you through and teach you a repeatable, incredibly effective, structured approach that allows you to really hear, understand, and empathize with each other, get to the root issues, reconcile differences, heal old pain, solve issues, and build routines to continually improve your relationship.

You get more personalized attention because I focus on just a few clients at a time. This allows me to know you better and support you more effectively. It also allows us to have longer sessions, often 1.5 to hours, sometimes 3 hours as needed, so we can get through processes and create maximum change fast. And, it allows me to have more flexibility to meet within your schedules, including having more sessions with you per week if you want to get things resolved quicker.
I work online, so all sessions are done on video calls. You can book sessions on a schedule, have multiple sessions in a week, change the schedule as needed, or just book as needed. Whatever serves you best.
I charge a sliding scale based upon your means, working with some clients pro-bono. We will agree to a rate in our first meeting, prior to our first session. If you’re have the means and the work we are doing is transforming your relationship, I request that you pay a rate in line with what you would pay a high-end therapist or consultant.
You don’t need to commit to paying me for months. Instead, you buy hours up-front and I will support you as needed. If you find sessions valuable, you can buy more hours and book more sessions, and you can stop booking without notice. Session length varies as needed, with some processes taking longer. The hours used will be deducted from your credit. If we use up more hours than you have pre-paid, I will let you know and request the difference.
I only want you to give me money because you are getting the value and change you want, you want to work with me, and you want to show your appreciation. If either of us thinks it’s not quite a fit after the first session, your money is refunded.
After that session, you can pre-pay for more hours. If you need or want the money back for any reason, I’ll refund the unused portion. (So, if you pre-pay for 4 hours, use 3, and want your unused money back, I’ll refund the 1 unused hour.)
